Its kind of funny that on this trip I will have entered Montenegro twice and Albania three times from or on my way to other places I’m going, yet I am going to have to largely skip the traveling I was planning to do in these two countries.
My dear grandma passed away on Friday at the grand age of 100. I miss her already and am heading home 10 days earlier than planned so I can be with my family leading up to, and of course for, her funeral. Bypassing the sure beauty of the Albanian and Montenegrin coasts just guarantees I will have to return to this part of the world before too long.
So for now, I’ll just post one more photo of Albania, which I took in the town of Kukës when I briefly crossed the border from Kosovo for a coffee one afternoon last week.
